Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
DuoClarity LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing strategic AI advisory and technology architecture services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
We wrote this to be read, not endured. It covers what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What We Collect
When you submit our engagement inquiry form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, role or title, company stage, engagement interest, and whatever you include in the free-text fields.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, financial account details, or government identification numbers. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or marketing analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before deploying any such technology.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit for three purposes:
To respond to your inquiry. To evaluate whether there is a potential fit for an advisory or intensive engagement. To maintain a record of the inquiry as part of our business development history.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Processing
Your form submission is processed by Web3Forms, a serverless form backend that relays your submission to our email. Web3Forms does not store the content of your submission. Their infrastructure may temporarily retain limited technical logs — such as IP addresses — which are periodically deleted. Transmission occurs over HTTPS, and their infrastructure uses encryption at rest.
Web3Forms acts as a transit processor in our data handling chain. For more information, you can review their privacy practices at web3forms.com.
Our engagement inquiry form uses hCaptcha for spam protection. hCaptcha may collect certain technical data — including IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns — to verify that submissions are from humans. hCaptcha may set cookies necessary for this functionality. These cookies are not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising. For more information, review hCaptcha's privacy policy at hcaptcha.com.
No other third-party services process the personal data you submit through this site.
Cookies
This website does not set first-party cookies. The hCaptcha spam protection service may set cookies strictly necessary for verifying form submissions. No cookies on this site are used for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry records as part of our business correspondence for as long as they serve a legitimate business purpose, typically for several years. If you become a client, your data is thereafter governed by the terms of your engagement agreement, not this website policy.
You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time by contacting us at the address below, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you may contact us to:
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Ask us to correct inaccurate information. Request that we delete your data, where legally permissible.
We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Additional Rights Under the GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent legislation.
Lawful basis for processing. We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, our interest in responding to business inquiries and evaluating potential advisory engagements. We do not rely on consent as our lawful basis for processing form submissions; however, you may withdraw from our records at any time.
Your GDPR rights include: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
International data transfers. DuoClarity LLC is based in the United States. When you submit information through this site, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
If you believe your data protection rights have not been adequately addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we receive — including encrypted transmission, limited access, and reputable hosting infrastructure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
